In search of low carb pizza recipes? If so, you’re in luck. I have 10 microwave pizza recipes below that are both low carb and incredibly convenient.

The highest carb pizza on the list comes in with 7 grams of carbs and since I lean towards lower calorie cooking, no pizza on the list has more than 272 calories. I think you’re going to enjoy these!

One-Ingredient Microwavable Pizza Crust

Each low carb pizza uses the same crust—1/4 cup of shredded parmesan cheese. Seriously, that’s it. You’ll be amazed at how crunchy and crispy it gets.

To make the low carb pizza crust, add the parmesan to an 8.5” paper plate (or parchment paper) and spread it evenly. The outer edges can be a bit thinner than the center since the center will hold more toppings. Microwave for 60-70 seconds or until you have a crispy crust.

I used Kroger Shredded Parmesan which has 100 calories, 10g protein, 0g carbs, and 7g fat per 1/4 cup. Different products may have slightly different macros or cook time requirements, but I’ve tried several and the 60-70 seconds tends to work for everything.

Note: In the bottom two images above, you can see you have the option to add other spices to your pizza crust before or after microwaving.

The 10 Low Carb Microwave Pizzas

Like I mentioned above, each pizza recipe below uses the same parmesan crust. The ingredients and instructions will skip the crust making process and start with the toppings. Though the nutrition facts for each pizza account for every ingredient, including the crust.

As a final note before you get to the recipes, make sure to get the parmesan crust fully crisp before adding the toppings. Some of the pizzas below can potentially leak moisture into the center of the crust. And while it’s not a huge deal, nobody likes a floppy pizza slice!

Low Carb Cheese Pizza

The lowest calorie microwave pizza on the list.

Nutrition Facts: 165 Calories, 14g Protein, 4g Carbs, 10g Fat

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp (30g) Marinara
  • 2 Tbsp (14g) Shredded Mozzarella
  • Crushed Red Pepper, Oregano, and other seasoning to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix the mozzarella, marinara, and any added spices in a small bowl.
  2. Spread the marinara mixture on the crust and microwave for an additional 20-30 seconds or until the cheese has melted.

Low Carb Creamy Breakfast Pizza

  • 2 slices Bacon (macros with Al Fresco Chicken Bacon)

  • 1 Tbsp (7g) Shredded Cheddar

Instructions

  1. Cook the egg whites and bacon on the stovetop or in the microwave (how to microwave eggs and bacon).
  2. Mix the cooked egg whites and crumbled cooked bacon with the cream cheese before adding to the crust.
  3. Top with cheddar and microwave for an additional 20-30 seconds or until the cheese has melted.

Low Carb Cheeseburger Pizza

  • 3 oz 93/7 Ground Beef, cooked
  • 1 Tbsp (17g) Reduced Sugar Ketchup
  • 1 Tbsp (15g) Mustard
  • 5 Dill Pickle Chips
  • 2 Tbsp (14g) Shredded Cheddar

Instructions

  1. Cook or reheat precooked beef before adding to the crust and topping with the cheddar.
  2. Microwave for an additional 20-30 seconds or until the cheese has melted.
  3. Drizzle ketchup and mustard on top of the pizza and garnish with a few pickle slices.

Low Carb Spicy Alfredo Pizza

  • 2 Tbsp (28g) Plain Fat Free Greek Yogurt
  • 2 oz Chicken Breast, cooked
  • 2 slices Bacon, cooked

  • 1 Tbsp (7g) Shredded Cheddar

Instructions

  1. Cook or reheat the chicken and bacon before mixing with the Greek yogurt and ranch dip mix.

  • 1 Tbsp (15mL) Buffalo Sauce

  1. Mix the cream cheese, buffalo sauce, and chicken in a small bowl.
  2. Microwave for 30 seconds or until the cream cheese can be mixed evenly.
  3. Add the buffalo chicken mixture to the crust and top with mozzarella.

  2. Spread the marinara mixture on the crust before adding the pepperoni slices. Add any additional toppings like sliced jalapeño at this time.
  3. Microwave for an additional 20-30 seconds or until the cheese has melted.
